Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes we do. Orders must placed by 9am, some exclusions apply. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss next day delivery or specific delivery requests.

Can I select a specific delivery day?

Yes, when you checkout you will have the option to choose your delivery day. Whilst we always endeavour to deliver on your selected date, this might not always be possible, we will contact you to discuss if this is the case.

How big are your Bulk Bags?

Our bulk bags are 75 x 85 x 95cm. Weight can vary with each product.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Some of our products have minimum & maximum order quantities. This includes all varieties of turf.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, so you won't get any surprises when you checkout. VAT is included in all our online prices.

Can I return any unused product?

Unfortunately not. However our team will be happy to help you calculate your requirements, just call us on 01932 875403.

How is the product delivered?

The delivery is kerbside, using a 17-tonne, Mann Hiab lorry (2.7m wide, 7m long and 3.7m high).

Our vehicles are fitted with mechanical offloading facilities and may be able to place goods on your premises, however, this is subject to access, and only at the absolute discretion of our friendly driver. We are not liable should damage to property be incurred. Our delivery vehicles will not mount the pavement and you are responsible for arranging for the removal of goods deposited on the public highway.
Loose Loads – Please note that this is a Tip Only Delivery. It is crucial to provide a suitable area for the lorry to tip the load. The customer is responsible for ensuring that access to the property is clear and that there is enough space for the lorry to execute the delivery.

Can I collect from you?

Yes, You’re most welcome to collect your order directly from us, during our normal trading hours. For same day collection, please contact us 01932 875 780 to place your order, some exclusions apply. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle to collect your order. Please always check with us for weekend collections.
