Trade Accounts are available exclusively to businesses operating within the landscaping or horticultural sectors within the United Kingdom. Applicants must provide satisfactory evidence of trading status (including, but not limited to, business registration details, website, or business identification).
We reserve the absolute right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
The Trade Card is issued to a named individual and registered business and is strictly non-transferable. It may only be used by the authorised account holder.
Any unauthorised use, sharing, or misuse of the Trade Card will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Trade discounts apply only to selected products as determined by us from time to time.
Discounts on plants and trees are valid for in-store purchases only and exclude all online transactions.
Certain items may be excluded from discount at our discretion.
No Trade discount will be applied without a valid and active Trade Account at the time of purchase. Retrospective discounts will not be applied.
Trade Accounts do not provide credit facilities. All goods must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or prior to delivery. We reserve the right to withhold goods until cleared payment has been received.
Trade Account holders and their employees, agents, or representatives must act in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other customers.
Any such behaviour will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the Trade Account without notice.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a Trade Account at any time without prior notice where:
Upon termination, all Trade benefits will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to request valid identification and/or proof of business credentials at any time in connection with a Trade Account. This may include, but is not limited to, photographic identification, business documentation, or proof of association with the registered business.
Failure to provide satisfactory identification or verification upon request may result in refusal of discount at the point of sale and/or suspension or termination of the Trade Account without notice.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions and any associated discounts or benefits at any time. The latest version will be published on our website.
All purchases made using a Trade Account remain subject to our standard Terms & Conditions and Delivery Terms & Conditions, as applicable. In the event of any conflict, these Trade Terms shall apply in respect of Trade Account usage only.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information provided will be used for the administration of your Trade Account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. We will not share your data with third parties except where required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
